Jessica has been a PPA member since 1996. She has her Master of Photography and Craftsman degrees. Jessica became a PPA-approved juror in 2005 going on to serve as a Jury Chairman. Her passion for the process led her to serve on the International Print Committee for 6 years with two years as the Co-Chair, and on the Juror Review Committee. She resides in Shelbyville, Kentucky with her husband Tom, and has run her Portrait Studio for the past 31 years.
